Tova Union- 7th & 8th Grade Girls/Student Council Advisor
Morah Tova Union made aliyah to Eretz Yisroel when she was in the 8th grade. She studied biological science and Judaic studies, which ultimately led her to her current teaching career. After she married, Morah Union moved to South Africa where she founded a number of Jewish organizations in Capetown and Johannesburg, including Jewish Marriage Education for new brides and counselors; this organization would eventually spread knowledge to hundreds of people. The Union family spent six years in South Africa and then they moved to Los Angeles where she taught and mentored at Hillel for 23 years. She joined Emek 3 years ago and has been spreading "school spirit" ever since with her incredible chessed program, Bat Mitzvah program, and holiday centered STUCO activities.
